Return / Privacy Policy

All products and subsequent accessories available at 800-espresso.com are new and factory sealed units.
Please inspect packages for damaged or missing items immediately upon receiving.
All claims must be issued within 5 business days upon order delivery.

Please note most of the espresso and coffee machines we sell are tested at the manufacturer and you may find residual coffee or water in/on new machines.

All kinds of coffee, tea and other perishable products are non-returnable. All kinds of commercial equipment are non-returnable (including parts). All sales on these items are final.

We will refund you the full cost of the item excluding the shipping, handling, insurance charges and restocking fee (20% off the purchase price). The restocking fee is waived if factory defects are found and confirmed by our technical inspection.

To assist us in processing your return request as quickly as possible, please follow these instructions:

All claims must be submitted within five (5) days of package receipt.

All returns must be pre-approved by 800-espresso.com.

Prior to returning any merchandise, a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and the shipping address must be obtained from 800-espresso.com. Send your RMA request to us:

RMA are valid for a period of 5 business days. Do not write the RMA number on the box! This makes it non-resalable and you will be charged for replacing the box. Please write the RMA on the package`s shipping label and also on the original invoice. Any returns without the RMA will not be accepted.

If authorized, the merchandise must be returned in new and resalable condition including, but not limited to: all original packaging, packaging materials, cartons, documentation, registration and warranty materials.

All tags must be attached with no sign of removal. You must ship the products in their original packaging. The shipment should be prepaid and insured for the full amount of the invoice.
Proof of purchase, receipt and/or packing slip is required for all returns/exchanges. All returns must include a return address and phone number.

Return shipping, insurance and handling is the responsibility of the customer and credits will not be issued until the product is received in acceptable condition.

800-espresso.com has the sole discretion to specify these and other conditions for the return and credit of merchandise.

There are no returns and no refunds for:
•   Coffee products (ground coffee, beans or pods)
•   All Gaggia products unless item is defective or under warranty terms.
•   All commercial coffee/espresso machines and frothers.

Please note that special orders have no return policy.

A return may void a multiple purchase discount or promotional shipping discount, if it has been applied to the purchase order.

The 800-espresso.com cannot be responsible for return shipping losses. Please allow 2-4 weeks from the time we receive your returned merchandise for your refund to be issued. Your refund may take longer to process during holiday shopping seasons.

Refunds will be issued as follows: If you paid by check or bank wire transfer, 1-800-espresso.com will issue you a check in the amount of the full price of the item excluding delivery charges. Or if you paid by credit, you will be credited on your credit card. If you would like to receive a Store Credit for your return, please send email to .
