Additional notes:
The removable parts of the Pasta Maker 2200 can be washed manually or in the upper rack of a dishwasher.
After the use of the pasta machine, we recommend to disassemble the machine. Remove all the parts. Let the dough attached to the parts, dry overnight, then the dough will fall right out. Then you may put the parts in the upper rack of your dishwasher.

To clean the disc, separate the plastic insert from the metal frame (when applies) let the dough dry, then rap the disc sharply against the counter. The dough will fall right out.
