8 6-oz. tuna steaks, 3/4" - 1" thick
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup tarragon vinegar
1/2 cup white wine
2 tsps. minced garlic, more if desired
4 tbs. minced scallions
2 tbs. finely chopped parsley
2 tsps. dry mustard
- Combine ingredients for the marinade.
- Place tuna steaks in a shallow dish. Pour marinade over tuna. Marinate in the refigerator for about 1 hour.
- Preheat grill.
- Place drained tuna on preheated grill. Add salt and pepper to taste. Close the lid and grill to desired doneness. (about 5-6 minutes)
