Serves: 4

Ingredients:
    4 5-oz. boneless duck breasts
    salt and pepper to taste
Marinade:
    1/2 cup frozen tangerine juice concentrate
    1 tbs. finely minced fresh ginger
    2 tbs. soy sauce
    1 tbs. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
Method:
  1. Combine ingredients for the marinade.
  2. Place duck in a shallow dish. Pour marinade over duck. Marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  3. Preheat grill.
  4. Place duck on preheated grill. Add salt and pepper to taste. Close the lid and grill to desired doneness. (about 10-12 minutes)
